Directions from Alicante airport :- Leaving the airport follow the signs for Alicante/Cartagena. (Not the motorway sign for Torrevieja) Take the N332 South towards Cartagena. After driving for about 15minutes passing Santa Pola and Guardamar, look for a sign for right turn to Los Montesinos, you will be nearing this turn when you see the hotel Campamor on your left side.When you have turned off at this junction El Raso is about 2km straight ahead to the first round about then turn left onto the development which is about 25mins from Alicante airport.Also easily accessible from Murcia Airport

The Accommodation

  • This beautiful villa was built in April 2006 and is close to the towns of Guardamar and Torrevieja on the lovely Costa Blanca Coastline of Spain. The property has been built to a very high standard as is the furniture and fixings you will find inside.
  • This spacious villa will sleep up to 7 people comfortably but no more than 6 Adults at any one time Permitted.Thank You
  • Remote controlled air conditioning/heating system fitted in both bedrooms and across the whole of the ground floor.There are three bedrooms,one being a double and two twin rooms.
  • A portable gas Barbeque is provided and is a great way to spend a night either poolside or on the roof terrace.
  • The main bedroom has its own balcony and a built in safe for your valuables.
  • All the doors and windows are fitted with security grills.
  • The property has its own private swimming pool with outdoor shower to wash off that much needed sun tan .lotion.
  • The T.V has all UK channels, dvd player including a good selection of dvd's.
  • There are 2 full sets of golf clubs with golf bags and trolleys for you to use on the spectacular surrounding courses.
  • There is also a travel cot provided
  • This is a non-smoking villa .
  • A €60 charge must be paid to cover the cleaning of the villa & all linen at the end of your stay.
  • A deposit of £100 per week is required on booking the villa (Strictly no refunds on deposits)
  • The Villa must be vacated by 11.30 am on your day of departure. (No exceptions unless arranged prior with owner.)

Location
The property is located to the back of one of the areas new urbanization areas overlooking the renowned salt lakes,and just a short walk to the local shops,bars and cafes . A short walk from the villa are several bars and restaurants (pictured below)

All the bars sell food and supply childrens portions on request. Some have big screen TV for sports events, and internet access is always available in one bar or another. The latest bar opening is "The Venue" which has entertainment on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. A gorgeous steakhouse, Italian tapas bar, Fish and Chip shop, Wine shop, English supermarket, and bank have all opened recently on the urbanisation.

4 minutes in car or bus will take you to the quiet beach and sand dunes of Guardamar which has a lovely open air street market all nights through the summer withe plenty of resturants & cafe-bars. A short distance away there is a busier beach, Guardamar del Segura, which is one of the longest in Costa Blanca, here you will find lots of traditional sea front food houses, shops and attractions. Approx 10/15 min. in the other direction will take you to Torrevieja which has a water park for a fun day out. You will also find the enormous shopping center called 'Carrefour'.
Torrevieja has its own Sports Harbour Marina offering the chance to try different water sports and some of the best beaches in Spain having being awarded "Blue Flag" merit for clean water and excellent facilities.La Mata Beach has been voted best beach in Spain and is just 5 minutes drive from the villa. Torrevieja has a lot to offer including the water park, the bullring,a boat trip to the island of Tabarca, fairground and the new Ozone Entertainment Center offering restaurants,cinema,bowling alleys and a disco.Torrevieja has excellent golf courses, where both national and international championships are held.

Market day is Sunday and is a short 5 minute stroll through the lemon orchards which are at the front of the house to one of the largest markets in the area where you can buy anything from fish to flowers.Sample the lovely fresh fruit and vegetables along with all the other bargains to be found.
